The NewSouth Bookstore actively hosts bookstore and off-site literary programs — book talks and readings — along with a variety of other programs both entertaining and educational. These include presentations by historians, readings of plays, music events, and community service programs. We enjoy such gatherings quite a lot. Mayor Steven Reed joins us next week at The NewSouth Bookstore for a talk and signing in connection with the release of his new book, First, Best! The program starts at 6pm. This is the book’s official launch event. The NewSouth Bookstore is honored to host our Mayor on this very special occasion. Come meet the Mayor and learn about his inspiration for the book.
